Summary
PDAC is a complex disease process, driven by genetic alterations that promote tumor initiation, progression, and therapeutic resistance. A core set of driver genes and pathways have been identified by foundational research, and recent studies have continued to build upon our understanding of the additional genetic, epigenetic, metabolic, and signaling pathway alterations that contribute to the complexity of this disease process. Translational implications remain limited in clinical application,
