CT stone exams and routine CT chest (non-nodule)
« on: May 05, 2022, 05:45:23 pm »
What is the recommended axial recon interval for stone CT and routine chest CT (i.e. cancer f/u, etc.)? To this point we have been viewing axials at 5mm and coronals/sagittals at 2-3mm. We are now covering a hospital where most axial imaging was reconned at 2.5mm. Is there any consensus for slice thickness for these exams?
