Dr Fish,

 What levels of Creatine and GFR do we not inject CT contrast. We get mixed answers from our radiologists. We know the 60> GFR is good, but what level of GFR do we not inject. What if the creantine is over 1.0 and GFR is 60>. Please gives some type of chart to guide us by.:?

i will post some numbers but i feel ok with creatinines below 1.8 as long as you are using 100cc of contrast or less and the patient is well hydrated. Selecting visipaque for borderline patients is also good advise
