Do the calcium scoring and quantitative packages generate similar results in scans that use iterative reconstruction compared to scans that use standard reconstruction?  I suppose the better way to frame this, is how much different are the results?

at this point the claims are that the density values and accuracy for specific numbers claims equality of the 2 techniques. However I am not so sure and am looking at this now. I will report back when I have more results
