When looking for a dissection/AAA where would it be best to place the ROI? Using a GE lightspeed 16 slice scanner

if you are doing a thoracic aorta put it in the proximal descending aorta and use a trigger of 170-180HU. this assumes you are injecting at 4cc/sec
