History:

 Post-surgical leak, ureteral injury

Surview:

 Above diaphragm to lesser trochanters

 

Oral Contrast:

Water  500mL/20 minutes prior

IV Hydration:

IV NS  250mL/on the table

IV Contrast:

1)       40mL Omnipaque 350  -  2mL/sec + 50mL saline flush

2)       75mL Omnipaque 350  -  4mL/sec + 50mL saline flush

Scan

 

Non-Contrast:

Scan diaphragm to ischial tuberosities

Delay:

 Inject 2nd contrast dose, scan diaphragm to ischial tuberosities

NOTE:

Have images checked by radiologist, may have to repeat in prone position
