Anna Griffin: As a technology marketer, I have reinvented brands across an array of industry leaders, including Saturn Corporation, Apple, and Nortel Networks Corporation. Although their products, clients, and markets differ, my approach to each company is the same and stems from one central belief: the power of stories. The late poet Maya Angelou said, “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel” . Storytelling—whether about products, ideas, brands, or even employees—can engage, move, and attract customers.
