Comment:
Key is optimal detection and staging of disease in liver. This protocol provides excellent 3D imaging or volume visualization. Delayed scans at 3-4 minutes will be useful if cholangiocarcinoma is suspected. We then can use a similar scan protocol or use 1.5 mm detector, 2mm slice thickness and 1-2 min scan interval.

Filming: Recon- Both phases 5x5 for filming.
Recon lung and liver 5x5 for filming.
